Description:
The study assessed the needs of over 30,000 newly inducted Primary School Teachers (PSTs) and Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) across Sindh through classroom observations, digital readiness surveys, and linguistic assessments. It identified key challenges in shifting to student-centered learning and ensures that training modules and the Learning Management System (LMS) are aligned with real classroom conditions in both rural and urban areas. This initiative lays the groundwork for improving education quality, empowering teachers with global communication skills, and ultimately enhancing learning outcomes for nearly two million children across the province.
