PNC developed a Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) Strategy for The Fred Hollows Foundation to improve eye health among female agricultural and garment factory workers in Punjab and Sindh. Based on extensive field research involving 333 participants, the strategy outlines targeted interventions including community mobilization, pictorial IEC materials, WhatsApp outreach, safe pesticide training, and mobile eye camps. The initiative aims to reduce avoidable visual impairment and promote sustainable eye health practices among marginalized women workers..
