Youth Engagement Program on Leadership and Development

PNC’s Youth Engagement Program on Leadership and Development focuses on engaging and equipping the young population through multiple tools of engagement. As leadership and development are crucial in fostering the growth of future leaders, equipping young people with the skills, knowledge, and attitudes is also necessary for personal and professional success. The program is instrumental in cultivating a proactive, skilled, and socially responsible generation. This program aims to empower youth by:

• Enhancing leadership competencies.
• Building problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Encouraging active community participation.
• Promoting teamwork and collaboration.

For this, PNC arranged a two days event for the youth in Islamabad. A total of 250 participants were involved in the event titled National Youth Summit. The Summit was attended by the federal ministers, government officials, stakeholders working on youth development in Pakistan, members of NGOs, UN agencies and the media.
